UK orders will receive your parcel within 2-4 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £60

Returns

We hope that you love every item purchased from us. If, however, you choose to return an item we will be happy to issue you with a full refund.

Please email us at hello@ourmindfulchildren.com within 14 days of your parcel arriving stating:

your name , order number, the item(s) you wish to return and reason for wishing to return and we will issue you with a returns code.

The item(s) you wish to return must be in a an unused condition with the original packaging intact. We cannot process a full refund if we receive an item that is damaged.

Please leave a note with your name and order number inside the returns parcel. We advise you to return your item(s) via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature, as we cannot take any responsibility for any items lost or damaged on their return.

Refunds will not include the original postage and packaging costs.
